Elementary Life Skills Leader, Coach, Mentor

The Elementary Life Skills Leader guides students in building practical life skills such as communication, self-management, problem-solving, and many more. This role involves leading interactive activities, modeling positive behavior, and mentoring students as they develop confidence, independence, and strong social skills. The leader creates a supportive environment where students can practice real-world skills, make thoughtful decisions, and grow both personally and socially.

Minimum $30/hr, 

8 - 20 hours/week (various options available)

  • 2:00/2:15 - 4:45pm M-F
  • Paid prep hours

STEM Activities Leader

The STEM Activities Leader plans and facilitates engaging, hands-on learning experiences in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics for students. This role involves designing age-appropriate activities, guiding participants through projects, and fostering curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving skills. The STEM Activities Leader ensures a safe and inclusive environment while encouraging collaboration and critical thinking. Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a passion for STEM education are essential.

Minimum $30/hr

6 hours/week 

  • 2:45 - 4:45pm, 2 hrs, 2 days a week. 
  • 2 paid additional prep hours a week

The Health and Elementary Fitness Activities Leader designs and leads age-appropriate physical activities that promote health, coordination, and overall well-being in young students. This role includes organizing games, teaching basic fitness concepts, and encouraging positive habits such as teamwork, safety, and active lifestyles. The leader creates an inclusive, energetic environment that builds confidence, motor skills, and a lifelong appreciation for physical activity.

Minimum $30/hr

6 hours/week 

  • 2:45 - 4:45pm, 2 hrs, 2 days a week. 
  • 2 paid additional prep hours a week

This role includes introducing a variety of art techniques and materials, guiding students through creative processes, and fostering confidence in their ideas and abilities. The leader creates a supportive, inspiring environment where imagination, experimentation, and appreciation for the arts can thrive.

Minimum $30/hr

6 hours/week 

  • 2:45 - 4:45pm, 2 hrs, 2 days a week.

After School Aide/Helper

The After School Aide/Helper provides support in supervising students and assisting with daily after-school activities. This role includes helping with transitions, preparing materials, maintaining a safe and organized environment, and offering guidance to students as needed. The aide works collaboratively with program leaders to ensure a positive, structured, and engaging experience for all participants.

Minimum $18/hr, 

6 - 20 hours/week (various options available)

  • 2:00/2:15 - 4:45pm M-F

Activities Leader as the Program Director

We need one of the activities leader team members to take on program director responsibilities. This candidate will receive additional pay to compensate for extra responsibilities. As program director you will help plan and coordinate with other team members to ensure operational success of the program.

+$6-10/hr 

  • 2:00/2:15 - 4:45pm M-F 
  • Must have a Associates or BA in child development or elementary education
